We update our list daily, but we unfortunately, apartments for people with background issues are limited. Please feel free to visit any apartment of your choice and use the tips we have given you to see if they may approve of you.

Do you guarantee housing?

How soon will I get approved?

Approval through us takes about 24-72 hours. Housing placement takes about 30 days or more depending on which community you choose to rent with. Please be prepared to move within the next 30-60 days. Housing placement is strictly based upon your own individual background.

How often does your company get people approved for Housing?

We provide people all the tools necessary to get into a new apartment, however, some people have extreme circumstances.

How much do you charge?

We run an intensive background check that will give us a complete look into your credit and rental history to begin your process. This background check requires a non-refundable $150.00 fee.

Once your background check comes back approved to qualify on our end, we require a non refundable $300 apartment search fee. Where we gather specific apartment information that is catered to your situation.

Our services cost in total a non refundable $450.

Why do I have to call the apartments ?

We believe that no one can explain your situation to anyone better than yourself. However your Housing Director will assist you every step of the way during the program.

Do you service people with poor credit or criminal backgrounds?

We provide services for people with evictions, paid or unpaid, and broken leases. Each persons background is case by case and criminal history will need to be reviewed. We work with a credit score of 540. Any scores lower than this we have a credit repair specialist on our team that can assist you with repairing your credit for approval.
