STEP 3 — MATCHING PROCESS. W work to match approved participants with available second-chance-friendly properties based on availability and landlord requirements.

STEP 4 — UNIT COORDINATION. If matched with an available unit, our team will coordinate viewing details and next steps with the property or landlord.

STEP 5 — APPROVAL & MOVE - IN. Once approved by the property, you will complete lease signing, pay move- in costs, and prepare for move-in.
