Hey! I’m Dennea Dixon. CEO of the Leasing Loft. Whew does it feel surreal saying that. After years of procrastinating, working a 9-5 and just living life I’m finally starting my company.

I’m an industry professional! I started off as a leasing agent for Student Housing when I was 19 years old. From there I quickly gained industry knowledge and experience to work my way up. I become a Leasing Manager and from there an Assistant Manager. I moved from my hometown of South Bend Indiana to Indianapolis and became a Property Manager. Once I got settled here in Indy I worked my way up in the corporate world. I was a high ranking housing director for student housing, and a Leasing Specialist for a Fortune 500 company. My last and most rewarding position is a Regional Manager for Fraternity housing. This position has allowed me to travel all over the United States. I never knew that this career would take me so far!

My field has given me so much knowledge and experience, and I knew real estate was the route I wanted to take. But I wanted more!

So I created the Leasing Loft. We specialize in ALL things Leasing including our Leasing Academy. If you’re looking to move or your lease is coming up we provide you with a customization leasing plan of properties that you’re best matched to. Our goal is to eliminate the hassle of finding and being scammed by housing. When you purchase your housing plan, it’s specifically designed to match you from your credit, income, and rental history. We also provide the same options to renters needing a Second Chance.

Property management has truly changed my life, and I wouldn’t be who I am today without it. That’s why I’ve decided to offer Intro to Leasing Agent classes. I always get asked how did I get my job, or where I’m working. Getting into the industry can be hard as most places require 1 year of experience. Our 8 week training course gives you 8 years of industry experience. We set you up with an industry resume, and job placement opportunity at the end of the course. I love to see people get started in Property Management and watch how it changes their lives.
